About the Role
Chargeback Management
- Review, validate, and process chargeback and representment cases within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Visa, Mastercard, and local scheme rules.
- Investigate transaction discrepancies and determine liability.
- Prepare and submit dispute supporting documents to card schemes or acquiring banks.
Dispute Handling
- Handle customer complaints related to disputed card transactions (fraudulent, duplicate, non-receipt of goods/services, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external parties (1LINK, VISA, Mastercard).
- Ensure dispute cases are logged, tracked, and resolved as per SLA and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain dispute GL accounts and coordinate with internal teams for financial postings and adjustments.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on dispute trends, root causes, and financial impact. <...
