Officer Audit

To support the internal audit function by conducting pre‑audit and verification of all the documents generated for carrying goods in and dispatching goods out from the factory. Reviewing and ensuring updating the gate register entries in system on a daily basis and submission of daily logs and weekly reports to HOD.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Insurance, Provident Fund, EOBI, paid leaves, and advance salary facility.
• Monitoring and reviewing daily stock movement to ensure transactions are executed through proper documentation at the Factory.
• Conduct pre‑audit of outward gate passes, inward gate passes, GDNs, STNs, and GDOs on a daily basis.
• Pre‑audit the inward gate passes against purchase orders on a daily basis.
• Check daily sales orders and GDOs related to factory operations.
• Review and update gate register entries in the system daily for vouching, filing, and record‑keeping of audit data files.
