Great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Finance team for a fixed term contract to end of August 2026
Hybrid role – working 1 to 2 days in office
The position
The Accounts Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and on time processing of accounts payable invoices and expense management transactions.
Accounts Payable
- Accurate entry and processing of accounts payable invoices
- Processing weekly payment runs
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Onboarding new vendors
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
General Finance Activities
- Processing approved corporate card claims in Concur
- Preparing settlement journals and other adhoc journals
- Assisting with capturing emissions data as required
