Overview
The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for managing administrative functions, supporting company leadership, and maintaining a productive, organized, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The salary for this position is $93k CAD.
Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, and organizes all of the operational daily activities of the branch
- Supervises the physical operations of the branch, including receiving and storing of materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies, as well as inventory control
- Oversees the customer service and shipping team
