• Ensure all design plans are set within the necessary government laws, building codes and client requirements
• Perform site inspection
• Review design plans and prepare cost estimate/BOQ/BOM
• Initiate contractor/supplier bidding, assess bids and quotations and provide recommendation for awarding
• Recruit and supervise contracted staffs on needed repair requirements or construction activities
• Identify materials, equipment, and/or services
• Set timetable from design phase, permitting, construction phase, project close‑out, and until client turnover
