Office Engineer

KDG Construction Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Office Engineer to support terminal construction projects at Ontario International Airport . This role will play a key part in project coordination, document control, and RFI management, ensuring efficient communication between field teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

RFI & Submittal Management

• Track, log, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) from issuance through resolution
• Coordinate responses between design teams, contractors, and project management
• Maintain accurate RFI logs and ensure timely follow-ups

Terminal Project Support

• Provide administrative and technical support for ongoing terminal construction work
• Assist with tracking project milestones, schedules, and deliverables
• Support field teams with documentation and coordination needs
