About the Role
Amped Electric is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Accountant to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing the company’s accounting functions, coordinating jobs and client billing, and overseeing daily administrative operations.
As we continue modernizing our systems and workflows, this role will help streamline processes using QuickBooks Online and Jobber , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial oversight across all projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration and/or accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
- Experience with Jobber or similar job management software is preferred
- Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations and payroll processing
- Knowledge of GST and PST remittances
