About the Role

As KWS Türk, we are seeking an Office Administrator for our Vegetable Unit located in Antalya, Türkiye. You will provide organizational and administrative support to the Head of Breeding and the Administration Manager and will report directly to the Administration Manager. This position is full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking incoming/outgoing emails as well as managing ongoing processes and appointments

  • Handling phone calls with domestic and international stakeholders; managing both internal and external communication

  • Supporting operational HR processes

  • Entering data into internal systems

  • Managing secretarial duties independently

  • Performing tasks related to import/export processes such as document registration, and delivery/pick up of documents
