Position Title: Office Administrator

Company Overview:

Forest Ridge began as a family run landscape design, installation, and maintenance company for over 25 years. We have since amalgamated with a nationwide company called Urban Life Solutions. We have divisions spanning from Ontario all the way to Alberta. Our division covers a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial landscaping projects including hardscaping, soft scaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, sodding etc.

Job Summary:

The Office Administrator is primarily responsible for providing administrative support across various departments and helping ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain files and records to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Assist with site mapping and documentation to support accurate bid submissions for new contracts.
