Frontline Human Resource is currently seeking a Temp Office Administrator, for an immediate start located in Melbourne.
What's On Offer
- Temp Opportunity 1 month
- Working 4 days a week Tuesday to friday
- Start & finish time 9am to 5pm
- Melbourne CBD location
- Pay rate $ 38.00 per hour
Daily Duties:
- Answering phone calls and enquiries
- Assisting with audit preparation
- Managing incoming mail and upload relevant documents into digital records
- Printing and appointment setting
- Agendas and minutes of meetings
- Booking client appointments
- Rescheduling client services
- Managing marketing collateral and setting up information packs
