About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or any related field.

  • With atleast 1 year of experience in administrative or inventory-related work. But fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support including document filing, logging, photocopying, and other clerical duties.
  • Assists in inventory management by tracking stock levels, following up with suppliers for on-time deliveries, and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain exact quantity and performs physical count of inventory. Arranging Audio Products on its physical location, reconciles actual stock count to exact counts.
  • Preparing IUS & ITS form. Encoding, Authorizing, Fulfilling and Filing IUS. Authorizing and Filing ITS Form.
  • Provides secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
