About the Role

Job Scope :-

  • Handle basic office administrative tasks and filing.
  • Maintain and update company documents and records.
  • Assist in document preparation, printing, scanning, and distribution.
  • Ensure proper filing and simple version control of documents.
  • Perform data entry and basic reporting as required.
  • Support daily office operations and assist other departments when needed.
  • Carry out other reasonable administrative tasks assigned by management.

Key Skill & Requirements :-

  • SPM or Certificate in Business Administration / Document Control / related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or quality environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of document control systems and ISO standards is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
