About the Role
Job Scope :-
- Handle basic office administrative tasks and filing.
- Maintain and update company documents and records.
- Assist in document preparation, printing, scanning, and distribution.
- Ensure proper filing and simple version control of documents.
- Perform data entry and basic reporting as required.
- Support daily office operations and assist other departments when needed.
- Carry out other reasonable administrative tasks assigned by management.
Key Skill & Requirements :-
- SPM or Certificate in Business Administration / Document Control / related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or quality environments preferred.
- Knowledge of document control systems and ISO standards is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
