Role Purpose
Support sales team to achieve business target.Process customers' orders in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.Satisfy customers to develop business in Taiwan.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate sales team and internal departments to achieve business target and meet customer requests.Sales order implementation and management, ERP system operation.Closely track shipment status and coordinate with related departments to achieve on time delivery.Respond to customer’s inquiry; coordinate with related departments to handle customer feedback and claims for customer satisfaction.Support sales data and report on a regular basis.Ensure ‘Order to Cash’ process clean, in compliance with the SOX and relative rules.Experiences/Education - Required
Bachelor degree and above is required....
