About the Role

Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in Change Management
- Bachelor’s in Business / Engineering / CS / HR
- Strong techno-commercial understanding
- Consulting experience (mandatory)
- Prosci certification – good to have
- SAP S/4HANA / Supply Chain experience – added advantage
