About the Role

 
  Job Description 
 This role will be within our Managed Services team at Version 1. It is somewhat of a Hybrid role requiring the capability to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and JDEdwards CNC. Although the primary role will be within the managed service there will be opportunities to work on projects for both JDE and Oracle Cloud.
 The candidate will be expected to be able to manage tickets within the managed service for various issues with key skills being the ability to resolve networking issues within Oracle cloud and manage JDE environments.
  OCI Skills: 
 Ability to support Oracle cloud environments
 Working with IPSec VPNs, Debugging network routing and network security group issues within OCI and user management and IAM policies with OCI.
  JD Edwards CNC : Able to maintain and support JDE environments with experience of:
 Applying patches & bug fixes (ESUs).
