About the Role

 Manages Ocean carrier relationships

 Leads and manages Ocean contract negotiations for the service scope responsibility identified.

 Completes monthly trend analysis

 Participates in client QBRs with CWW clients as needed

 Supports Inside sales/bid/RFQ

 Conducts Market Intelligence reporting 

 Leads analytics, metrics and reporting needs and improvements for the Ocean Product Management team

 Reviews service contract amendments

 Submits all contracts and amendments once signed or approved

 Maintains CWW Rate Matrix 

 Participates in problem resolution discussions as needed by local stations. Acts as escalation point for Ocean-related issues.

 Provides strategic information and feedback to management.

 Other duties as assigned
