About the Role

Job Description
To support the Ocean Import manager/supervisor in the smooth running of the department within the branch,
which includes knowledge of the?ocean import product in the market place through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture in adherence to the company's policy and procedures.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
Operations
Monitor compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies/requirements.
Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP
Provide timely responses to emails in both personal and atl-oceantov (within 24 hours) and voicemails (within 1 hour).
