Ocean Freight Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive – Ocean Freight (Import/Export) to manage and coordinate sea freight operations efficiently. The role requires handling import/export inquiries, bookings, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of ocean freight shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sea import/export inquiries, bookings, and freight operations.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, EFL stations, CRM team, Sales team, shippers, shipping lines, service providers, and the Customs Brokerage team.
• Negotiate and finalize rates with shipping lines and overseas agents to achieve budgeted revenue and profit targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key overseas agents, local customers, and EFL stations.
• Prepare import/export quotes, RFQs, shipment plans, and pre-alerts; consolidate shipments and ensure timely bookings.
