Ocean Freight Executive

There is currently an exciting opportunity for an Import/Export Operator to join a leading forwarder. The Import/Export Operator will be responsible for activities relating to the importation and exportation of goods and its related systems. Attention to detail and accuracy is vital in order to support both of these important functions.

Part of this role will be to constantly look for areas of improved efficiency, also identifying procedural issues and initiating relevant process improvement actions to implement. You will ensure that the timely and accurate completion of all import and export freight management procedures, whilst evaluating their processes and systems relating to all aspects of Import and Export control.

You must have excellent communication skills and have previously worked for a freight forwarder so you are able to ensure high levels of service is achieved and good business relationships are maintained. You will be involved in the negotiation process...
