West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, a 48 bed acute/complex continuing care facility located in Grimsby, Ontario serving the needs of the west Niagara community, is seeking an Occupational Therapist. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services that include assessment, treatment, education, and consultation with the interdisciplinary team for acute, complex continuing care clients and Emergency patients.Position SummaryAs a member of the health care team, provides occupational therapy assessment, treatment and education for acute and complex continuing care patients. Responsibilities include planning, implementing and evaluating Occupational Therapy treatment programs.Schedule Work Hours
