Occupational Therapist at SASKATCHEWAN DISTANCE LEARNING CENTRE

Take on the role of Occupational Therapist with SASKATCHEWAN DISTANCE LEARNING CENTRE, where you’ll provide critical support to students in Kenaston. This part-time, temporary position aims to enhance daily skills and academic success.
You will report to the Superintendent of Student Supports and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop programs and assessments for students’ physical and sensory needs. Your intervention efforts will focus on creating supportive environments for learners through consultation and direct therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support initiatives
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
• Deliver services through tele practice tools
• Assist teachers in adapting classroom strategies
• Create educational materials for parents
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
