Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Coordinator

The Occupational, Safety and Health Coordinator reports to the Senior Safety Manager and is responsible for coordinating day-to‑day operation activities and ensuring jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner by providing planning, direction, and control of all field jobs.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining EHS practices.
• Check and review documents provided by subcontractors, liaise and arrange inductions for new employees.
• Fulfill the OSH Coordinator responsibilities as mentioned in the new section OSHA 2022.
• Oversee and coordinate scheduled waste inventories, handling, storage, transport and disposal, and liaise with licensed scheduled waste contractors.
• Maintain an active workers list on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Register employees with client’s badge & Kinetics badge and terminate inactive workers.
