About the Role
Job :
Define and manage the end-to-end observability strategy, aligned with business and reliability goals.
Design and evolve the observability architecture and platform for network, microservices, Kubernetes, multi-cloud, and on-prem environments, with HA/DR and security guarantees.
Standardize instrumentation through market standards, cross-signal correlation (logs in context, trace propagation, etc.), naming conventions, and global taxonomy.
Govern alerting and visualization, provide tools for diagnostics to reduce MTTD/MTTR.
Ensure compliance and confidentiality of telemetry data (PII masking, encryption, RBAC, audit) and controlled integrations.
Manage the FinOps of observability through retention/sampling policies and volume/cardinality safeguards.
