About the Role
Job Description
- Oversee and manage ocean freight operations (FCL*Full Container Load / LCL*Less than Container Load)
- Negotiate directly with shipping lines on rates, space allocation, and contracts
- Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and manage profitability
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and support business development
- Handle shipment issues, delays, and customer inquiries professionally
- Manage B/L issuance and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Customs Clearance, Warehouse, Operations)
- Lead and supervise team members and daily operations
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency initiatives
