About the Role
- The program will provide novice nurse an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical setting by:
- Encouraging them to function as a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide holistic nursing care (head-to-toe) to all patients who are unable to care by themselves during hospital stay and educate the patient/family about home care under the supervision of preceptor/Sr. RN/LPN/Midwife till the achievement of his/her competency.
- Enhancing communication and interpersonal relationship.
- Strengthening assessment skill as per IHHN nursing assessment template & identification of patient’s nursing problems, formulate implement nursing care plan.
- Making smooth transition from advanced beginner to future role as a competent nurse in the clinical environment.
