Key Responsibilities:
• Perform standardized health assessments for Veterans
• Submit all required assessment documentation accurately
• Deliver care that respects Veterans’ experiences and needs
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• At least 1 year of NP experience preferred
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Criminal Record Check (CRC) through CSI screening
