Number Provisioning Analyst

Position Overview:

Join BCM One's growing global telecommunications team as a Number Provisioning Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the transfer and setup of customer numbers and services. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will ensure seamless transitions and impeccable service delivery to our clients worldwide. This position requires very high attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will work closely with various internal teams and external partners to hit SLAs and resolve issues efficiently.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Bacolod City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the Philippines; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship. <...
