Join BCM One's growing global telecommunications team as a Number Provisioning Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the transfer and setup of customer numbers and services. As part of a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, you will ensure seamless transitions and impeccable service delivery to our clients worldwide. This position requires very high attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will work closely with various internal teams and external partners to hit SLAs and resolve issues efficiently.

Work Locations

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Bacolod City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days.
