Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities：
Lead new product manufacturing readiness, ensuring smooth launch and ramp-up; manage schedule, quality, and cost.Oversee global manufacturing operations and ensure seamless overseas product transitions and on-time delivery.Conduct manufacturability reviews for new business opportunities, anticipating risks in processes and quality.Define process workflows, production line layouts, and production plans (capacity, tooling, fixtures, testers) for trial readiness.Manage trial production, coordinate resources, and resolve issues to secure smooth runs and continuous improvement.Job Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management.Proven experience in new product introduction (NPI) and global manufacturing coordination.
