NPI Product Quality Sr Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES The NPI Product Quality Senior Engineer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Quality Planning for New Products with Early-Stage Risk Identification Define NPI quality strategy, deliverables, and timelines aligned with program milestones. Develop product quality plans, including control plans, inspection standards, and validation requirements. Lead PFMEA and DFMEA reviews with cross-functional teams. Identify potential failure modes early and drive preventive actions prior to mass production. Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the quality interface between design engineering, manufacturing sites, and customer quality teams. Ensure customer-specific requirements are incorporated into NPI deliverables. Supplier & Component Readiness Collaborate with SQE teams to ensure critical components, new suppliers, and subassemblies are qualified and stable.
