Job Responsibilities:
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities from trial production planning to mass production readiness.
- Develop and manage trial production documents (e.g., risk assessment, validation matrix) to ensure equipment, tooling, and material readiness.
- Execute pilot runs according to APQP, monitor key metrics, and achieve FPY 90% during launch.
