About the Role
Our regional team is on a lookout for a Norwegian speaking Customer Support Agent. As the Agent you will be the first point of contact to our customers and work as a bridge between the customers and our internal team.
Your main task will be dealing with queries and questions from customers. Subjects will include areas such as finance, security among others and you will be required to work intimately with other departments. You will play a key role in expectations meeting and increasing customer satisfaction.
