Mandatory Skills:

Must have strong 5+ year of end-to-end US NON- IT recruitment staffing experience is required.

Must have experience of recruiting Non IT Requirments

Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)

Must have good understanding and experience on W2 - end 2 end US NON- IT recruitment.

Excellent English verbal / written communication .

Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, DICE, LinkedIn,etc.)
