What You'll Do
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate network and server incidents in a 24/7 NOC environment
- Handle Cisco-based network issues (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor server health, performance, and availability (Windows/Linux)
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within SLA
- Perform initial root cause analysis and provide detailed documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and uptime
