NOC Engineer – Infrastructure

NOC Engineers are technical backstops and trusted advisors within the Network Operations Center. In this role, you'll own escalated support tickets end-to-end, dive deep into complex infrastructure issues, and ensure customers receive the right solution—not just the fastest one. You'll work alongside a collaborative, experienced team that values accountability, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.

What You'll Do

• Own and resolve escalated infrastructure tickets across customer environments
• Perform deep technical troubleshooting and engage vendors as needed
• Proactively document environments, identify risks (SPOFs, misconfigurations), and recommend improvements
• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with peers and mentor junior engineers through knowledge sharing
