NOC Engineer

Job Description:

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 9 am- 6 pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct first level diagnostic in isolating and identifying fault location before escalating to field support team
• Responsible for providing all relevant information about the current network status to the department concerned.
• Conduct first level diagnostic in isolating and identifying fault location before escalating to field support team.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day surveillance activity in network operation center.
• Support configuration management and implement Software/Hardware configuration data changes for network resource.
• EMS/NMS authority administration for collection of network surveillance alarms and dependability statistics.
