NOC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Network Monitoring & Operations
Monitor network alarms, performance, and incidents using NOC monitoring tools
Perform first-level to second-level troubleshooting and incident escalation
Ensure timely resolution of network faults in accordance with SLAs
Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and escalation teams during outages
Commissioning Support
Support site and network commissioning activities, including new site integration, swap-outs, and upgrades
Perform pre- and post-commissioning checks to validate network readiness
Monitor alarms during commissioning windows and ensure proper service restoration
Coordinate commissioning schedules with deployment and project teams
Alarm Suppression & Optimization
Implement and manage alarm suppression rules during planned activities (commissioning, maintenance, swap-outs)
Ensure alarm suppression is properly applied, monitored, and removed after activities
