About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled NLP / LLM Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in conversational AI, LLM integration, and orchestration. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain natural language processing pipelines and large language model systems, with a focus on conversational orchestration and implementing robust guardrails for safe, reliable AI interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize NLP pipelines and LLM-based conversational systems.
Implement conversational orchestration across multiple AI modules and APIs.
Define and enforce guardrails to ensure safe, ethical, and contextually accurate AI outputs.
Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for production use cases.
Integrate NLP/LLM solutions with internal platforms and applications.
Monitor model performance, evaluate outputs, and improve conversational quality.
