About the Role
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage production operations during the night shift.
- Lead, manage, and motivate production teams. Ensure achievement of QCD objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
- Enforce strict compliance with internal rules, safety standards, and procedures.
- Handle unexpected issues and make quick autonomous decisions.
- Monitor performance indicators (productivity, scrap rate, OEE).
- Ensure operational continuity and proper handover with day shift teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams in case of equipment failures.
