The Role:
As Night Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, responding to incidents, handling emergencies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the building. With a calm and adaptable approach, you’ll manage everything from security checks to admin tasks, while providing reassurance and assistance to residents when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor building safety through regular checks and respond to any issues or emergencies overnight.
- Manage incidents including conflicts, grievances, and after-hours emergencies.
- Support residents as a friendly, approachable point of contact for welfare and assistance.
- Complete admin tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and payment processing.
- Respond to resident needs like noise complaints, disturbances, and lockouts.
