About the Role

Position:
 Night Crew Supervisor This is your opportunity to advance your career in a leadership role. As the Night Crew Supervisor, you will manage the overall performance and functioning of the night crew to ensure that the store is prepared for daily operations and report to the Store Manager.
What you’ll do:
Hire, motivate and mentor Team Members

Conduct regular team meetings

Coach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivity

Handle Team Member issues as they arise

Uphold company policies and procedures including health & safety, food safety and loss prevention

Merchandise, manage inventory and schedule to meet financial objectives

Implement initiatives that support company objectives

Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, Customers and Vendors
