About the Role

Unit Description:
DNV - Area North China is part of the Maritime Region Greater China and consists of around 150 employees in 5 major locations. Services delivered are related to ship classification of vessels and offshore units as well as certification of material and components.
Station Nanjing NB ＆ CMC is looking for experienced Newbuilding Surveyors, who’re going to work for projects at Yangzhou City or Taizhou City. 
Job Responsibilities:
Perform new building surveys on ships according to rules and regulations.
Ensure smooth execution of projects in collaboration with the PM and peers on-site.
Proactive and smooth communication with the shipyard and owner’s representatives.
Certification and verification of materials and components underclass and non-class related systems and processes.
Manage a group of customers and interact with colleagues from all over the world to follow up on their needs.
