Key Responsibilities – NPI & Program Leadership

• Own multiple concurrent EMS NPI programs across customers and product families
• Lead NPI execution from RFQ support, design transfer, prototype, pilot, and ramp-up to mass production
• Ensure customer milestones are met on time and within quality and cost targets
• Act as senior technical escalation point during NPI issues and factory stops

Technical Leadership (EMS / PCBA)

• Drive DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews for PCB, PCBA, and box-build assemblies
• Review and challenge PCB fabrication data, assembly drawings, stack-ups, and BOM risks
• Guide SMT, THT, reflow, wave/selective soldering, cleaning, coating, and test strategy decisions
