Job Summary

The Process Engineer, NPI is responsible for leading and supporting the seamless transition of new products into manufacturing. This role ensures that all processes from prototype to full‑scale production are capable, scalable, cost‑efficient, and aligned with quality and safety standards. The engineer serves as a key liaison across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams. This position will report to Manager Process Engineering.
