We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running. Based in one of our new, beautifully-presented Metro-West display homes, you can show off our great design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door. 

Sell beautiful new homes with innovative designs. Build respectful relationships. Develop your pipeline with an award-winning brand.  Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Manor Lakes display center
Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget
Deal with online and phone enquiries
