About the Role

Great opportunity to join our award-winning team. The successful candidate must love coffee and must be an experienced Coffee Sales professional with established network in cafes sector of Greater Sydney.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining strong strategic collaborative partnerships with local café owners and operators in Greater Sydney.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of café owner’s business structure, complexity, culture, customers, issues, risks, needs, systems, constraints and objectives.
  • Influence and collaboratively network with  Group marketing and coffee roasting teams to deliver customer-focused, multi-brand solutions to help our café partners grow their businesses.
