About the Role
Barnardo's is seeking a Team Manager (Operations) for the West Yorkshire Keyworker Service and Neurodevelopmental Early Support Service. In this role, you will oversee operational leadership and manage interventions to support neurodivergent children and their families. You will implement effective service delivery and promote quality assurance within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills and experience working with neurodivergent young people. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this position.
