Network Support Engineer

Key duties/ responsibilities

• Design, implement, install, deploy and configure network devices
• Diagnose network performance problems
• Provide Level 2/ 3 support network issues
• Troubleshoot and configure network infrastructure which includes routing, switching, LAN/ WAN, firewall, IPS, VPN, IPVPN, etc
• Reporting network status to customers
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
• Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Keep record of problems and customers solution
• Follow-up with customers
• Reporting base on projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Application/ System/ Computer Science/ ICT Engineering/ Networking or equivalent
