About the Role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, install, deploy and configure network devices
- Diagnose network performance problems
- Provide Level 2/3 support for network issues
- Troubleshoot and configure network infrastructure which includes routing, switching, LAN/WAN, firewall, IPS, VPN, IPVPN, etc
- Reporting network status to customers
- Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Keep record of problems and customer solutions
- Follow‑up with customers
- Reporting based on projects
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Application/ System/ Computer Science/ ICT Engineering/ Networking or equivalent
