Key Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Network Support to Customers and Product Users
Contribute to the availability of the field systems ensuring product uptime and availability is maintained.
Design, implement, support and maintain LAN, WAN and wireless network infrastructure across corporate and mining site environments
Provide Level 2/3 network support, including fault diagnosis, incident resolution and root cause analysis
Monitor network performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues before operational impact
Perform configuration, upgrades and patching of network devices in line with change management processes
